It took me from december05 to may06 to get preggy after having a m/c in september05 (which took me over a year to conceive) but now im 4 weeks. I will tell you what I did that I think helped.

The very first thing you need to do it start taking prenatal vitamins. Your baby starts to form before you can even get a positive hpt.

I started out taking tussin (equate version of robbitussin) with guaifenesin the only active ingrediant!! I started taking 2tsp. Four times a day. Starting from day 1 of period to the day of to ovulation. Its suppose to help losen up mucus.

I had sex missionary style from the day after my period to 3 days after ovulation. I slept with a pillow under my hips. I made sure before we had sex, that I have already done everything in the house so I wouldnt have to get up.

Well I hope this helped you like it helped me.
Best of luck and baby dust!!

Luvs, alexa

The problem is too much speculation. Relax have sex and enjoy. As long as the man ejaculates you will have good chances. Sperm takes seconds to enter your cervix. They know where they need to go and they were designed to swim upwards and really there is no need to help them along. Every month a healthy fertile couple has a 20-25% chance of concieving, it doesnt always happen on first try!

After I delivered my first baby my doc told me to wait one full year to recover. So on april 2005 we started trying nothing happened and we gave up september 2005. Nothing happened and we gave up and just said that this wasn't the time so I went back on the patch....I started to enjoy having sex and just enjoying my husband. I got pregnant in november (on birth control no less.)...Just relax and stop taking your temperature and counting your days to ovulation and just enjoy your husband and before you know it,....... preggy test.

It took us 15 months to concieve adn I was nearly going to give up. Then a chick from work who fell pregnant in her first month told me to stop taking temps and not think about pregnancy. Well my husband and I had a major fight the day after I ovulated so I thought coz I was stressed there was no way I would fall pregnant. Luckily we had sex on the day I ovulated (well I think I did then) and turns out I fell pregnant! So I would suggest that if your temping and the rest of it - stop it and dont think about it.

Aww sandra stole my answer-lol

i've heard that your man should rest his lil swimmers for a few days before ovulation then you do all those tricks, but it really depends, some people sneeze and get their girlfriend pregnant it seems-lol good luck ttc!

Jillie! I'm so glad you're this far finally!!!! Woohoo!!!
