Does anyone know how long it takes for the vitamins to start helping??

I started taking them the 28th so im just wondering if they are already helping my baby?


Im so stressing out about having another m/c and thats why I been asking so many questions. Sorry if it gets annoying, but atleast I look and see I anyone esle has posted the same thing I wanted to know lol

However long it takes to get into your bloodstream, less than 24 hours id say! Hope this helps, casey and blue baby bump :-)

They say that taking folic acid a few months before is ideal but its never too late. There if folate is brown breads and other foods too.
