Your uterus has not even grown yet - perhaps barely. What you are noticing is the bloat that is very common in very early pregnancy. Possibly even some wishful thinking? Gas and hormones cause that bloating feeling/look.

Alexa, when I was at 5 weeks I noticed my hips were bigger like they stretched because nothing fit me and I know it wasn't the weight gain because I didnt gain anything until 8 weeks. Im 14 weeks now an ive only gained 6 lbs.

Pregnacy are different for every one im on my forth baby and I was showing.Your uterus will grow lager, softer and rounder,but is down behind the pubic bone where you can't feel it yet..Most doc should give you a book on your pregnacy I have always got a book from my doc and I have one know..Im 22w5dw#4 boy..It could be from bloating..But never know..Smaller women ted to show more..

Yeah, my clothes got to be too small fairly quickly but that was basically because I was always bloated and had gas...
