I think if you used it just on your back, or legs, or butt or something and kept it kinda low I don't think it would hurt but you should ask your doctor.

When I was preggo my dr told me to use one so I think it is perfectly safe, but if your not sure just call your dr im sure he'll tell you the same but good luck I know how bad they can get.

When you say heating pad, you mean an electric heating pad that gets plugged into an outlet, correct? If thats the case, they're not as safe to use as you may think...Studies have shown that women who use heating pads(on or around their abdomen) often are at a high risk of infertility...The electric waves that pass through the heating pad can cause major damage if used in excess. If I were you I would either get those disposable heating pads( the ones you pop and they heat up for 20 mins) or a hot water bottle that you can put on your tummy....I wouldnt recommend using a heating pad on your stomach, but any other area on your body should be okay.
