I am 15, 5/7 1/2,145 lbs the main reason I
want to grow is for football. My dad is
only 5/8 and my mom just barely shorter
then him so I dont think I will grow much
more. If I do these stretches and grow
will it then stop me from growing again on
my own? I have read that injected growth
hormones may make you grow taller but then
after that your chances of growing are
slim.
Another question, I wieght train 3x a
week. Would these stretches conflict
with the rebuilding of muscle? How often
should I do them every day or every other
multiple times per day ect.
Okay, I think you're trying to tell us
you're 5 feet 7? (5'7)?
Well i'm 5'7 also... And my dad is
shorter than your dad (5'3), and my mom's
5'4-5'5... So I would think you still
have an opportunity to grow. Just my
guess anyways.
