I had both knees replaced about 7 months ago. I completed my physical therapy program. My surgeon is very concerned that i'll wear these knees out too soon - i'm only 43 years old. What exercises have any of you who've had this surgery done that helps with overall health and even weight loss? (i'm not a big fan of swimming and the 2 local water aerobics classes are not very challenging - mainly older women who chat and ignore the instructor.) thanks, cindy 8)
