Hi, i'm 16 turning 17 and I get cramps
(prickly sensation) in my legs when I sit
a certain way after a while. When I sit
on the ground with my legs crossed, I get
cramps in about 5 minutes. Sometimes I
am just sitting down fairly normally on a
chair (maybe a tilted sideways slightly)
and I get a massive cramp on the side of
my leg I was tilted on. The cram comes
all the way from the side of my hip to
the bottom of my foot, it is only at the
back of my leg where there is pressure
(not at the front).
I like to say I exercise regularily (40
minutes of jogging on the beach at least
every 2 days) most often once a day.
Only I spend a lot of time on the
computer, about 6 hours a day!
Is it just because i'm still going through
adolescence or is it a serious blood
circulation problem?
I've got my blood checked, I had too much
cholesterol I got a 3, i'm not sure how
high 3 is ,but the doctor told me it was
too high, but not dangerous.
Could cholesterol cause my problem?
P.S. I didn't do much sport at the time
I got checked... About 6 months ago.
But i've been exercising a great deal
since then, it has significantly improved,
but I still get the cramps.
*edit* also, I found a while ago that when
I lie in my bed and let my head hang below
the rest of my body, it fills up with
blood significantly, it kinda swells up
more than it should I would say. It
doesn't hurt much but it feels like I have
a lot of pressure in my head and face and
it gets quite red quite fast. Anyone has
this problem?
