Q: I Think My Skoot Dropped.

I felt differently this morning. I slept really good last night (for the first time in three weeks) except for the 10 times I woke to go potty. But when I got out of the shower and took a look at my belly it looked really low and when I placed my hand on the top of my stomach it looked a lot lower than what it normally looks like. I also noticed a few more stretch marks around my belly button.

Also I feel like I am walking differently and the paints that I am wearing keep falling off of me. They don't fit like they did last week. I have also had three people tell me that my stomach looks lower. Ack!!!! I am not ready for her to be dropping.

Do you guys think that its too early for me to be dropping. I am 31 weeks I didnt' think that you started dropping until like 34 weeks or something like that.

I never really felt like I 'dropped' at all with either of mine but I don't think it'll mean early labour

Well according to my doctor they dont' want me to go into labor. But now all day long I have just been really uncomfortable. Maybe it's just the way that she is sitting today.

Hey, I dropped early too!! Don't sweat it sweetheart!! If other people are noticing then you probably did drop. The truth is in the pants though, my maternity pants wouldn't stay up when I dropped. So I believe you did drop hun!! Dropping doesn't necessarily mean labor (as I can testify to)

This is just so uncomfortable though.....I did notice a difference in my sleeping.....I didn't get any last night.....I haven't been sleeping at night but once I do fall asleep I do get a nice rest......Last night????? No sleep what-so-ever. My hips hurt soo much last night even the pillow between the legs wasn't helping. Oh well.....The best is yet to come.....Hopefully.

Yeah I think she did.......I wasnt' too concerned with early labor as I was with the uncomfortableness that comes with the baby dropping.

Well it's been 7 weeks since then.....And boy can I tell. I cant' wait to have her......I think that I am going to miss my bump though.....Maybe not the bump as much as the moving and the jumping around that she does.

Oddly enough I miss the movement. Not actually being pregnant or the discomfort and pain but I miss the intimacy of that little person moving inside my tummy where only I could feel him, like my own special secret...

I know.....I love it when she moves....I think that she is getting too big right now to flip and move like she used to. I eat ice and she will move a lot when I do that. It's cute. I am just glad that my skoot hasnt' taken any rib shots yet or any kidney shots. Lol......I still have time for that though.
