It's very high in sodium, so don't eat it often, but once in a while is ok.

If your pressure is too high I wouldnt' recomend it because of the sodium that it has in it. If not..........Have a little now and then......It won't hurt you or the baby.

I do....I try not too but I still do everyonce ina while. I also have coffee and soda and shell fish every oncein a while.

Well what about pizza. Is it all right to have pizza or is that bad too????

Just about the only thing that's *bad* would be smoking, drinking, and drugs. Just about everything else should be fine in moderation... Just make sure you're taking vitamins and eating a pretty balanced diet.

And no sushi or other certain types of seafood.
