Feel Pregnant But Tests Say No Go
Posted: 06-07-06 08:29am

:( I just started to try to have a baby, I just got married april 15th 2006, I am about 8days pasted my period. I have had lower ab discomfort, feeling like cramps, frequent urination just started feeling my breast getting tender, I had some mood swings about a week ago but better now, but I feel very bloated in the lower abs and it seems like my body looks different, my nipples seem darker to me today, I 've had about 4 test say no go, but I don't feel right. I don't feel normal, I have an apt for a blood test on june 8th, I hope it says I am if not then maybe all this all in my head and wishful thinking. Please give me your opinions girls. :(

It is quite possible! : ) I would just try not to pay as much attention to the symptoms until you get the test done. You may very well be pregnant especially if your late for your period.Do you have a normal cycle?

Use pregnancy tests in the morning, like it recommends on the box, because your pregnancy hormones (.H.C.G) are more concentrated then. A blood test is definitive and if you are pregnant today and you find out on friday or next week, what will the difference be?

Good luck

This happened to me. I bled last middle march, and it was very light and only lasted I think three (maybe 4?) days. My period didn't come, I took a test a couple days after it was due. Negative. I took another one. Negative again. I went to the clinic a while later the lady made me do another urine test, negative, she said I could come back for a blood test the next week if my period was still not there. On .May 1st .I went back to the clinic and she suggested .I do one more urine test before we do blood work. So .I peed in a cup gave it to her and she did the test. This one came out positive, but she did another one cause she saw on the box it was past it's expiry date and the second one came out positive also. So I bled (i'm pretty sure) the 11th 12th and 13th of march (she said this could have been implantation bleeding because of how little it was and how short and because I had just had my period less or about 10 days before that) but I didn't get a positive until the 1st of may. So I was really confused, thinking 'if i'm not pregnant where the heck is my period?'. This might be the same thing that is happening to you??

Miscarriage is not likely if pregnancy tests are negative.

This might help

my girl friend and I were trying to get have a baby, and she conceived on feb 19th 2006, and she had 3 test's that didn't come back positive for over a month, then she had 3 positive test's, went to the doc's for a test and it was positive too, she even had her peirod at her regular time while she was preg, now she's almost 4 months preg, i'm so excited I can't wait, but i'm still confused how she had her period at her regular time when she was preg. I have some ultrasound pictures on my website at www.Jonathannoel.Piczo.Com

I did 4 or 5 tests omg I cant remeber anymore lol anyways I got one positive and 4 negatives but the catch was the pos was the middle last one, I went to see my dr and he said either im not or it was too early but I felt it. I went to get a second opinion and found out I was actually around2 1/2 mths pregnant but the tests kept coming out funny I honestly say do a blood test its 99.9 accurate they may also look for another hormone anyways ill leave it at that but if blood comes back negative I would see a dr cause something else is going on.

Some females do have periods and are pregnant, I had 3 periods with both of my pregnancies and some women can bleed throughout their pregnancies actually my last periods with both kids were light and only for a few days but something told me I was pregnant so I went ahead and took prenatals.
Good luck and lots and lots of baby dust!
