Do you get nausia, dizzy, tired etc everything without the heart pain or racing heart?

Yes im on the same boat..........Get nauses, very exhausted, constant lightheadiness without the heart pain............Every fu888 day

Yes. I never have heart pain. Just exhaustion, light headed, nauseous, clammy etc. I also have reactive hypoglycemia. Do you think you could be hypoglycemic? A lot of the symptoms are the same as anxiety. Be well.
