Im planin to have a home birth I meet my midwife on tuesday an hopfuly we will hav a water birth at home but just wondering iv been reading up on pain releif can any one help me on what I could do at home an iv herd that they can use gas at home is this true just like sum hardy tips if any ones got any thanx

You would need to discuss with your midwife if she even uses gas. Many do not. Relaxation techniques and breathing. Also the water, like you said are about the only 'natural' ways to have a baby.
