Type "smoking during pregnancy" into
google and you'll get your answer.

If you can cut back to 2 cigarettes a day,
why not quit?

No dont even think about smoking, besides
terrible complications, two cigs a day can
cause you to bleed during your pregnancy.
And you'll be really really stressed then.
Plus every puff you take decreases the
babys oxygen supply. And since every
pregnancy is different, you dont know how
sensitive "your" baby is to tobacco,
honestly it could really, really kill him
or cause deformities, like extra toes and
fingers. I heard a plastic surgeon say
this is the number 1 reason he sees
patients. It happens way more than you
hear. You can do it!! We are all
cheering you on. Go girl!!:))

You dont want the baby to get addicted
before I got prego I was smoking a pack a
day and now I have pretty much quit but
every now and again I just get a craving
and feel like im going to rip out all my
hair and stab someone if I dont get to
puff lol. But its not something I do
every day or every week and when I do I
feel horrible. You dont want your baby to
get hooked on the stuff and everyday...
That will get him/her hooked even if it is
a lil.
