I am taking ortho cyclen birth control
pills I started taking a dietary
supplement called Vitalert. It has
vitamins, herbs, and minerals in it. The
herbal blend is: gaurana (seed) extract,
ginkgo biloba (leaf), panax ginseng
(root), bee pollen, gotu kola, soy
protein, ginger (root), lecithin, and rose
hips. Could this vitamin interfere with my
bcp?

No, these substances will not interfere
with your birth control pills.
