I threw up after eating my favorite food
(pizza with green olives... So good!)
its like im trying to keep my food down
... Does any one have suggestions to help
my digestion right now?

Eat bland food. When I was pregnant, I
couldn't eat anything greasy - like pizza
or meat or anything. It was like my body
said, "no way!" and I could only eat vegan
stuff.
By all means, eat whatever sounds good -
but be careful if it is spicy or greasy,
because you may find it coming back later
- and no one wants that!
Crackers, oatmeal, you know, things that
aren't very interesting usually do the
trick.
