Q: :( It Happened Again

I started bleeding again the other day and I just had a doc appointment yesterday and they did an u/s and the sac in there but nothings growing and they said that I may have lost the other baby :(:(:(:(
(i was pregnant widt twins and lost one a few weeks ago) and they said that if nothing comes out these next couple days I have to go have teh sac removed :( its just so sad I feel like if I would have ate a lot more healthier or something maybe I would have bothmy babies :( I just dont know what to do I want a baby but im gonna be so scared 2 even try again because I dont wanna have to go thru loosing another one thatll be to hard on me :( I just dont know what to do ugh........... It was so hard having them tell me a 2nd time I lost a baby how has anyone coped widt loosing a baby can someone help me widt that plz........

:cry: I am so sorry. I know theres almost nothing I can say to make you feel better. Just keep your head up and remember this isnt your fault. My mom had the same thing happen to her when she was pregnant with my lil brother. He had a twin. So know that your not alone. If you ever wanna talk you can message me.

I know theres nuttin thatll help me feel better but I dont thynk it would be as hard if I didnt loose both :( I want to try again but im just scared its gonna happen all over again my hunni wants to try again and have a babi becuz he was all excited cuz he was gonna be a dad but I just dont know.... Ive been trying to tell myself I lost both these babys for seom reason maybe it wasnt ther ight time and maybe something good is in store for me when I get pregnant again im hoping newayse but idk.......

Hi. I am so sorry. You will be ok though, you are just overwhelmed right now. I had a m/c in april and I still am afraid to try again. I am going to, but it is still scary. I know that it wasn't anything I did wrong and something was probably just wrong with the baby. I was only 6 weeks along. You will be fine and my only suggestion would be to wait to try again until you feel comfortable with it and are emotionally ready. Because I was trying last month and any cramp I got before my period I would think the worst not even knowing if I was pregnant yet (which I wasn't) and I feel much better this month, it just takes a little time. But I know how you feel, right now it is why did this happen to me?? But, you will feel better, it might take a while but you will.
