Mirror of a Gallbladder symptoms...PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi... am 30yr-old lady, with 2 kids (via c-section)

I've gone with so many tests already...

3 - whole abdomen ultrasound
1 - whole abdomen xray
1 - gastroscopy
1 - colonoscopy
1 -lumbo sacreal xray
and series of blood chems and urinalysis

... and went all normal...

except for slight gastritis and esophagitis (slight erosion or inflammed on

the end) and...
which I think that won't give me so much pain such as:

-bloatedness (that looks like am 4-6 mos. pregnant)
-fullness (even if I all had small amount of food intake)
-point-tenderness of my right ribcage (when giving pressure)
-discomfort on my upper mid to right stomach (like having baby on my

tummy packed up tightly in my upper ab.)
-severe pain just below my right ribcage after eating full meal (esp. solid

fatty foods)
-severe pain of my back (from spots from right side of my nape (back of

neck), above bra line, and especially just above my waist and hips,

sometimes up to my right shoulder...

I've read lotsa stuff here online that hida scan's their last test that can

detect and take away all the pain...

I've seen doctors:

4-Gastro (3-in-1 team of Endo Unit where I was confined for 3 days and 1

from another hospital for second opinion), 1-Cardio (whom we consider as

our family health doctor), 1-OB-Gyne, 1-neuro...

but they cannot give me an exact answer why am havin' all these pain...

except FUCTIONAL DISORDER.... til the last gastro I've seen, told me

that no medicine can cure me... except MYSELF, to face the fact that I

have GASTRO FUNCTIONAL DISORDER... which couldnt be cured... and

that I have to deal with this pain and discomfort for the rest of my life...

and that 60% of my life's a waste now...

they've just given me a lot of pain relievers, muscle relaxant, prevacid,

motilium and anxiety pills,...which i think wont cure me... but just help

me not to feel the pain and worry much often...

I've read to so many forums here online that in the USA, btw, am in the

PHILIPPINES right now, people with the same problem had undergo HIDA

SCAN and found malfunctions with their gallbladder... so they had it

removed...

Am just so pissed off coz doctors here maybe thought am just paranoid

or being "Ms. Know-it-all" when am speaking or suggesting about the

HIDA SCAN... coz here in the Philippines, they're using HIDA SCAN

(Hepatobiliary SCAN) for infants with BILIARY ATRESIA... that they have

never tried it to adults for gallbladder/liver diseases...

And not to mention, HIDA SCAN is only available on 2 hospitals here...

One in Manila and one in Cebu.

please help me... i really need an answer for this matter...

thank you!

I recommend you request an abdominal ultrasound and a HIDA-scan. Ultrasound can detect stones in the gallbladder and a HIDA-scan is used to evaluate the function of the gallbladder. If there are stones in the gallbladder surgical removal of the gallbladder is indicated. If there are no stones present, but the HIDA-scan results show that the billiary ejection fraction is less then 35%... then you are probably suffering from billiary dyskinesia. This is treated with surgical removal of the gallbladder.
