My Wife Sadie Passed Away
Posted: 06-17-06 21:20pm

My wife sadie would go on this site alot and she would talk to so many people. She left herself logged in when we went to the hospital last week. I remember she would read about other people and she wouldn't reply because she would be scared to give the wrong advice. Sadie enjoyed coming on here during her pregnancy. She took good care of the growing baby inside of her. She was very sick for a long time. We didn't know until early in her pregnancy. Sadie passed peacefully in the hospital. Our baby girl is being strong. She looks like sadie I am trying to have faith, but at this time it's hard to believe in the big man upstairs. Our baby.. Shes very small and precious. Sadie always told me if it's a girl her name is serria and if its a boy cole. Serria weighs 4 pounds 3 oz.

I'm truly sorry about your loss. The love you had for your wife is so strong, and i'm sure you will never let her forget. I am glad your daughter looks like sadie, at least you will always have your wife with you in that way. Be strong for serria, she will surely grow to be a beautiful and lovely girl.

My sincerest condolences
krystal.

Well, i'm about to come off as an insensitive bitch... I didn't remember anyone with this user name ever really posting so I looked up her posts to see if I recognized any of them. In april she said she just found out she was newly pregnant and also had been diagnosed with cervical cancer. So... How do you have a 4 pound baby that would have been born around 16 weeks?

If i'm misunderstanding something I am truly very sorry. But this just doesn't make sense to me...

May god bless u and your new baby serria. I feel for u deeply. I lost my daughter last year in march and she left behind a son. We never expected such a thing to happen and I am left to raise this son. Always tell her how much her mommy loved her and keep the love around her always. My husband had the same thing happen to him when he was a child and no one ever told him about his mother. To this day he has just found out where his mother was burried and still knows nothing of his mother no pitures nothing and I think that it sad. He feels as if its his fault she passed away. He is now 42 yrs old. So please always talk about her mother and tell her how much she was loved and always show her pictures. I will always show my grandson and enforce the love blakes mother had for him always.

i too am going to come off as a bit insensitive, as I agree with .I<3mybostonterrier. When she posted about cervical cancer, she said she found out the same day as she found out she was pregnant, right around .April 5, 2006. Multiple people asked her about what tests she had to confirm the cervical cancer and she completely avoided their questions. If the baby were to go the full 40 weeks...How much would she have weighed?

And if this is true, by some twist of nature...I'm sorry.

This Has Gotta Be Fake!

I agree with everyone. My mum had an abnormal smear and she went for a caloposcy (sp?) she lay on a couch and the doctor but some dye stuff inside her to see where the changes were. The doctor was satisified that the cell changes weren't significant and said she definatley doesn't have cancer and sometimes having a new partner (?! Don't understand that one) or the pill can cause cell changes. They sent off her test findings anyway and said it could could take awhile to come back. We're still waiting for results.

Sorry to ramble on...

My point is that when we talked about it the doctor said that cervical cancer is the slowest growing cancer. She said even if my mum did have it, it would take 10 years before she died.

Unless this woman has had it unknown for around 10 years (highly unlikely as a smear would of detected it and if it was that advanced she surely would of had some symptoms) then it is highly unlikely she would of died in a couple of months!

I think this may be a cruel hoax. I have just had treatment for early breast cancer (luckily mine hasn't spread) nbut I will forever be worrying now esp cause I am pregnant but how someone could make upo a story like sadiedales's is beyond me.

Obviously has too much time on their hands!

This is what sadie said the day she 'found out'. She never mentioned awatiting any tests and they would of done more tests if she'd had an abnormal smear than just telling her straightout. I also find it woerd how she says 'should be intresting' I have never seen someone be so chilled out!

If I am wrong about this then I will kiss the posters a$$ and apologise loads!

hi there I just thought that I would update you. I was just writing to say that I am pregnant, and was told that I have cervical cancer. I am still processing this. I go in for an ultra sound soon and also genetic testing. Should be interesting.

Take care,

i am early in pregnancy, and have cervical cancer. I found out both at the same time today. I don't know what to do.. This is my first pregnancy, and after all that time trying.. The doctor said aborton was an option, or a high risk pregnancy.. I can't make this choice.. Please help me.

After re reading the posts lots of things don't add up, like in her pregnancy posts she said she was due her period 14th april:

sadiedales wrote:

my period isn't due till the 14th.. I think I said the 12th before, but I got the dates mixed up because the pharmacy told me I could take a test on the 12th, but with all that bleeding can I really be pregnant?

Thank you for staying on top of this.

Sadie

then on 4th april this:

hey I went to the doctors today!

Guess what I just told her the facts of what was happening with my body, and asked for suggestions of what it could be. She suggested a preggy test! Oh boy. I am very excited! I go for my test tomorrow, and will have results within 24 hours!

then on 6th april this:

doesn't make sense. Doctor would not give a pregnancy test if period was due on 14th april. And most definatley a pregancy test would not show up positive 10 days before period is due. Also if her lmp was on 14th march, she would only be 4 months pregnant and the baby would not survive outside of the womb!

This is one big fat fake!

See why I hesitate to offer support to people when they post things like this? It's disgusting what people will do for a bit of attention...

I don't think i'll ever understand why someone would make horrible things up to get attention from people over the internet. It's sad, really. There are real people out there with real problems, and their trauma is cheapened by all these fakers blabbing their sob stories everywhere. How disgusting.

Terrible

I thought from the way that my wife would talk about this site it was a good place to go when I felt sad. I was hoping for support. I have this incredible pain inside me. All you people can do is doubt me and be rude. It hurt to know that there are people like you out there. When my wife found out she was pregnant she also found out she had cancer. The cancer did spread over the years and she died. If I really wanted to prove this to you I would scan the death certificate and show you pictures of my wife while she was pregnant and pictures of our baby hooked up to machines. I can't handle the feelings that I am feeling. My bestfriend died and our baby is holding on. I have nothing to hold on to. I just have myself and I tried to talk on here. My wife was wrong you aren't very supportive. The pain I feel is so deep it's hard to even think. I just wanted a friend to talk to. It's hard going home from the hospital to a dark house with no one to talk to. I can't sleep in our bed let alone sleep at all. I lay in our bed sometimes and smell her pillow look at all of the things shes done to our house. I spend much time in our baby room. It's the only hope I have. I am scared. Today I put a picture of sadie in a frame beside the crib. You don't have to reply I don't think I will be back.

Yours truely,

dale

Like I already said if I am wrong I will apologise. I could maybe buy that she was pregnant and had cancer but I can't possibly buy that a woman who is 3-4 months pregnant can have a 4lb 3oz baby. The baby would die outside the womb and would weigh less than 1lb!

Photo's are easy to fake. With careful planning you could get everything you have listed as 'proof'. The emotional sppech was a nice touch though.

Please show us evidence that prove's us wrong and I will bow my head in shame.

In normal curcumstances (sp?) I would never doubt a persons grieving but too many things don't add up here. I hope this person does come back to 'prove' they are real

My docs estimate that my baby is around 4 pounds right now. I'm almost 33 weeks pregnant. Your wife didn't get pregnant until april, but she had a 4 pound baby two months later? B.S. Stop posting and fade away. Making up lies about a sick premature baby and a dead wife will only upset the women that come onto this forum looking for pregnancy advice. It's flat-out disgusting. Get a life.
