I think I have started to get morning sickness. I've been feeling sickly all day whether its just in my mind I don't know as I am only 5 weeks. I think its gets better around 12-14 weeks.

Try some soda crackers just eat them slowly, a little ginger ale, you do not want to get yourself dehydrated is the main thing and the baby-to-be needs something too if it keeps up please report it to your dr, alot of times it is just a part of pregnancy.

I got morning sickness when I was 5 weeks and it went away about 11 weeks. But yeah I get the occasional gag too every now and then.
