I took chasteberry to regulate my period
and took zinc for one month. And vwaalaa
it worked! I read on here one time that
taking zinc is good for development and
chasteberry could regulate your cycle. I
also read about how lowering your stress
level and bd on days that you arent
ovulating as well as the days that you are
so it doesnt become such a chore. And it
worked. I have tried other sites but
none as informative as this one. I hope
this sticks! My drs. Is tommorrow I had
one misc when I was 20yrs.Old they say
that increases your chance by 25% but
since I am nauseaus and dizzy maybe thats
a good sign!

Way to go angelica!! Omg that sounds
like I am some kind of sports nut or
something lol.
Being fairly new to the boards its so
exciting when someone posts thier preggy!
It lets the rest of us know that it will
happen...Eventually.
So, what exactly does the zinc do for
fertility...I have heard about the
chastaberry but never read anything abou
the zinc. Just curious!

I think I am 5 wks along. My Dr. Says
that I am either further along than that
or its twins . My last af was may 20 but
he says my ankles are swollen my uterus is
little further along that it should be I
am really sick and I was not regular all
last wk. So I guess we find out thursday
and thanks for all the congrats! Taking
pre natal vitamns was definitly a good
choice we made. And monitoring my
fertility on the chart. I believe that's
what worked for us.
