Advice Please...
Posted: 06-19-06 12:22pm

I kinda had a problem yesterday, as I was having sex I felt sore...It was not painful but it just felt like how I feel after I have sex!! I have been with the same partner and have been checked for std's so im pretty sure that cant be the reasoning...But can anyone tell me what that was? Could be from not enough lubrication?? I dont know. Please give me some advice. Thankyou.

I know that sometimes after sex that it gets sore either from lack of lube, you were going to fast/hard for your body, or you just have a kind of vaginal area that gets swelled quickly and gets irritated from sex..Usually those can be some reasons :)

this usually happens if your partner doesn't lube you up properly (or to be more blunt, go through foreplay).

Foreplay is very important. It helps you lube up and makes sex a lot more pleasurable - and help you reach orgasm one or multiple times a lot easier. If your guy doesn't do foreplay, your 'soreness' may be a psychosomatic symptom of dissatisfaction. Sex is a process, not an event ^_^

yes yes yes. You are defiantely right! If you just skip foreplay, usually you end up having a lil rough time after sex. Since your body needs to get excited and lubed up, you can't just jump into sex. I love taking my time..So does my lover :-p :-d
