A mssed period is the first (but not
secure) sign of pregnancy. Other symptoms
and signs of pregnancy(nausea, vomiting,
sickness, anxiety, etc.) are subjective
and their expression is very individual.
Missing a period can occur in any
condition where ovulation didn’t happen.
If an ovarian follicle didn’t
ovulate(expel the egg-cell), it can turn
into a hormonally active follicular cyst
that delays menstruation. A positive
pregnancy test and a later ultrasound
confirmation of the fetus are the only
reliable methods for detecting early
pregnancy. It seems that you are not
pregnant but you can take another
pregnancy test to be sure. I recommend you
to wait for a few weeks and if you don’t
get your period, go to a gynecologist for
an examination and check up.
