If I lay on one side for a couple of hours my thighs all ache. My mother in law bought me a body pillow on the weekend and that's helped me heaps! But I guess I dont get cramps as such, sorry I guess this really doesnt help you!

i spent about three hours cleaning my house this morning cause john's parents are coming tomorrow. I didn't kill myself or anything - I took breaks and all that. But when I was done, I went and reclined on the bed while I watched tv for about a half an hour. I literally almost couldn't stand back up, my hips hurt so bad. And they still hurt, and that was about 10 hours ago. Now i'm in pain whenever I have to stand, and i'm afraid I won't be able to get up in the morning!

Sorry I got off on a tangent, but it was cool to see jillie say something about what i'm going through today. Lol.

I don't know about what to do for the cramps, hon. I used to get charlie horses all the time when I was in high school because I was really active, and now i'm getting them again the past week or so. Maybe a little stretching before bed would help?
