Ok ladies I need someone to tell me what this is. Im 18 weeks and I sometimes get a pain in bellybutton. Its a sharp pinching pain and it hurts. Is this normal and what causes it?

I would call your Dr. I am not sure sorry. I am 10 weeks and I am getting tired of crampy feelings and every now and then lower back pain. Do not remember having with my other 3.
