I Felt Alone Posted: 06-21-06 12:03pm
I'm happy to find this forum and happy to
find out that i'm not the only person in
the world to feel how I feel. Not happy,
however, that others are feeling like I do
cuz it sucks :( I suffer from
depression, anxiety and have the classic
symptoms associated with hypoglycemia
although i'm afraid to go to the doctors
to find out for sure about the hypo part.
You almost have to diagnose yourself
before even going to the doctors which is
ridiculous. I prefer to find more natural
ways, herbal ways to help my symptoms cuz
they seem to be more effective. I could
also be diabetic. I was diagnose as
borderline as a child which with proper
diet from my mother it was reversed. I
was recheck 2 times afterward, the lastest
in my 20's and all came back normal. In
my adulthood I almost eliminated all
surgars................Bad!! I know that
diabetes can sneek up on you in your 30's
of you were diagnose borderline in earlier
years. Well.....I'm 33 now, female. I
never knew that eliminating sugars could
kill your brain  no wonder I was
feeling the way I was!!
