hi iam 34 and have a hard time at getting
pregnant I do the basal body temp plus I
buy the ovulation kits and go from
there.Iam irregular also

bouchez it is a very good book to
follow.
I have the most luck with the ovulation
kits. When it shows iam ovulating I call
my husband where ever he is!!!!!I always
track my periods and take my temp every am
before I get out of bed than I do the
ovulation
test and chart everything.We try to hit
around the 12 to 14th day after the start
of my period.It has taken me over two
years this time becuse I am so irregular
on when iam ovulating becuse sometimes I
don't!!!
So try some of theses!! I have read that
sperm stay alive for up to 5 days but your
egg starts to discinagrate after24 hours!!

anyone can tell me how to get prenant..I
am 31.?I have irregular period sometimes
it take 36 days for one circle..Sometimes
28 days..I wonder will I get prenant this
month we did it on the 9 day after my
period till 20 day 
I checked on the
prenancy test this morning but it show me
unwanted results...I really want to have a
baby....Someone please help me and guide
me..Thanks
