Oh my god, if this isn't the most magical thing ever! I've been feeling my little guy moving around for about a week now (finally!) and I was just able to feel it from the outside. 3 solid kicks! I wanted to wake my husband up but he has to get up early. I think i'm finally at the point where I like being pregnant. I am so in love with this baby!

It is so amazing! I really only feel him at night when i'm laying flat on my back in bed. I actually spend a lot of time like that just so I can feel him. I never felt the flutters, just full blown pokes. One day at work I was sitting eating lunch and it seemed like he poked me after every sip of rootbeer (his favorite seeing as how I never much cared for it!).

Sam, his name is finnegan seamus and we call him finn.

Well originally we were set on dexter so I came up with finn for the middle name. Then the more I said it the more I liked finn but that didn't seem like a full name so we just kind of came up with finnegan. It's a last name so it's not in any of the baby name books. Everyone loves finn and hated dexter (i still like it a lot). Seamus is gaelic for james, which is my dad's name and i'm irish. And i've just always liked that name just not enough to use it as a first name. I just wish he would have an irish last name to go with the rest but oh well. It's voorhies, which is dutch. I guess I don't have much say in that.

Less than 19 weeks! I can't wait until he's here!

Awww I remember the cute little kicks here and there with my little skoot. It was so precious and sweet. I would do almost anything to have my skoot back to the little kicks that don't hurt. (just don't want to only be 20 some odd weeks along) these sharp jabs to the bladder kill me. When she turns right now it's like my whole body moves around with her and the jabbs and kicks are almost unberable sometime. I got my first rib jab last night .O.M.G was it painful

i love the bladder thing. The first time it happened I had just gone to the bathroom and went up to my bedroom (for some strange reason our bathroom is on the first floor) and as soon as I got there he rolled over on my bladder and I had to race down the stairs before I peed on myself. I didn't believe that it was possible to have to go right after I had already gone...
