Not Feeling Very Nice
Posted: 06-23-06 13:00pm

I am about 8 weeks pregnant mind you this is my third child but something just does not seem quite right about this. I have been having morning sickness all day long, including nausea, bad headaches, burning cramps, gaging, and dizziness. With my first to I did not feel this bad and I am just wondering if something could be wrong or if this is all normal?
I have been to the doctor but they say its normal and gave me pills to help with the nausea but if I take them I sleep all day.

please if you have had this problem or are having this problem please tell me what you are doing to make you feel better.

Hi,

yep im feeling just as bad as you it seems. Everytime I stand up I feel faint and my vision blurs. Prehaps you should get your blood pressure checked? And make sure you keep eating little and often as I feel ten times worse if im hungry. Even though due to the sickness I never feel hungry or like eating.

Im drinking a lot of hot orange squash which seems to be helping. You could try that. The other thing is travel sickness bands. They are two cloth bands that you wear around your wrist and they have a button on that presses against the inside of your wrist. And they have improved my morning sickness 100% but I have to wear them all day so it can get a little uncomfy but if they work im in favour!!! Hope this all helps and hope you feel better. Xx

Thank you for the advice. I have tried the bands for my arms, they helped a little but my arms kept hurting after a while of wearing them. So, I am not sure if I was placing them in the right area. Thank you for the help
