No. Lower back pain is not a sign of early pregnancy.
Take a pregnancy test since you are late. Use first morning urine.
Any symptom can sound like or mimic pregnancy symptoms. Even if they are your period about ready to start or pms. The only way to find out if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test!

Yes lower back pain can be a sign ...Everything is a flipping sign until you test!!!!! Fyi, pms and early pregnancy symptoms are identical due to progesterone.

Nawtaprincess, if you still don't have your period in a few days, you can test again, and if it's still negative, you're most likely not pregnant. How old are you? If you're relatively young, missing a period here or there isn't serious.

Not another one of these people....Geshh mann ..Just take a test when the time comes ..And until then try not to think about the whole "pregnant" thing because sometimes it just all in your head....--oh yeah and just to let you know it would be best not to make another thread tomorrow-- "is it possible that im pregnant because I had a headache?" ..Or anything about symptoms---because its only going to get on our nerves and then everyone is going to start arguing ..Which at this moment this forum doesnt need---its been horrible around here..Lol if you need info on pregnany and things about it ---go google pregnancy symptoms or something along those lines...
