Ummmm, it's pretty rare (i saw it on discovery I think it may have been discovery health). I thought at the time that it was a joke. I don't think there is any treatment other than kegels. I don't know. I'll add it to my list of things to google, check on what the treatment is and post back later.

I don't know, but wasn't there something on er (or some dr tv show like er) that a man and a woman came in to the er and they were suck together like that????? She clamped down on him and wouldn't let go....But in this case it was due to relationship problems and she didnt' want to let him go on vacation with friends.....I guess it's not really the same thing.....But it was funny.
