I am really worried about my boyfriend when he has a bowel movement he bleeds alot. Hes getting over weight because he wont exercise like he use to do. Last night about 5 am he started making weird noises he couldnt breath and was trying to throw up all at the same time he wont go to the doctor and I dont know what is wrong with him. Why couldn't he breath and was trying to throw up all at once? Could it do to the fact hes loosing blood what should I do?
