If you haven't been able to conceive for 3
years, it seems highly likely that you are
suffering from sterility . The causes
could originate from your husband,
yourself, or both of you. Examining a
man's sterility is much easier than
performing sterility exams on women;
therefore, men are always examined first.
Your husband can request a spermogram to
identify his fertility (number of
spermatozoids and their mobility). If
everything is OK on his end, then you
should be examined by a gynecologist. A
few things need to be checked in women:
the presence of ovulation, the hormonal
status (LH, FSH, estrogen, progesterone,
testosterone, DHEA, prolactin), the
anatomy of the vagina, uterus, and passage
of the ovarian tubes.
The “white bumps” in the vagina could
be polyps but these must be examined and
diagnosed by a gynecologist. I recommend
you to visit your gynecologist. You
shouldn’t have waited so long!
