I just saw an offer for a system called
"the hollywood trainer" by a trainer named
jeanette from holllywood that says it
gets quick results becuase it doesn't
allow your body to plateau. From what I
can tell, it provides a mix of workouts
that includes pilates, yoga, kickboxing
and sculpting so by changing your workouts
every day, you prevent plateaus from
happening. The reason i'm asking if this
works is because I have lost 20 llbs over
the last year, eating better and walking
45 minutes on the treadmill, uphill. The
problem is, I haven't seen any results
(weight loss or inches in the past 3
months) so that's why I thought what
they're saying might be right. From my
obvious plateau, it makes sense. Has
anyone out there heard of this program,
bought it and does it work? Heck, I might
try it anyway because it sounds kind of
cool but I thought I would see if anyone
had already tried it.
