Well, we've been talking about it for a
few weeks now- I went off the pill after
my last period- wed 14th june.
We're trying for a boy this time 'cos
we've got two lovely girls already, and
we'd love a son too.
We used ovulation prediction tests, and I
ovulated yesterday- right on time,
according to "average cycles" not bad for
first month off the pill,
so we went at it straight away (sorry if
tmi!!) apparently, the closer you are to
ovulation when you have sex, the greater
the chance of conceiving a boy.
But, ditrectly after we had sex, my
husband got an attack of the fear!
Reconsidering whether we were really ready
for a third child- and just had a general
freak out that we might be making a
mistake.
So I doubt we'll be having unprotected sex
again this month, unless he suddenly
recovers- he can be such a worry wart
sometimes!
So we'll just have to wait and see whether
once was enough!
I'm happy either way, but jeez, my
husbands got great timing when it comes to
losing his nerve!!!
