Molluscum contaginosum is a contagious
viral skin disease which is transmitted by
direct contact (touch) or indirectly by
commonly used objects. Therefore, yes, it
is contagious. Scraping and disinfection
before and after contraction is the only
treatment. You can use prescribed
paracetamol for the pain.
