my wife and i were playing in our underwear and we both have been scared abt pre cum .. Is it possible that she could become pregnant when we had underwear on ?

No, it doesn't seem likely to become pregnant if you did not ejaculate into the vagina. Pregnancies occur when the penis is inserted into the vagina.
