This is going to sound really dumb, but I
am 34 weeks preggo and I am young and
stupid when it comes to pregnancy. What
exactly does effaced mean?

out..

Blood in the urine is not good. It can
indicate a urinary infection or stones in
the urinary tract. You can request a
blood/urine examination and an abdominal
ultrasound. You can also drink a lot of
liquids. RegardingPID and cervical cancer:
I can tell you that both conditions are
very serious and they must be confirmed or
excluded immediately. To identify
cervical cancer, you have to take a
Pap-test, colposcopy and a cervical biopsy
when requested. To identify pelvic
inflammatory disease (PID) you'll have to
do a vaginal smear for microbiological
examination.
