I feel like the last few days my body is
shaking (vibrating) on the inside. Feels
like my arms etc are shaking but tolook at
they are not.
My hands are shaking and you can notice it
when I am having a drink and if I lean on
my wrist and have my fingers off the
surface etc
i am not worried about the hands shaking
(well not much anyway) but the internal
shaking drives me nuts. Anyone else get
this?

On sunday I was out for lunch and I got up
to look at my daughter playing on the
grass. I had my arms folded as it was
cold and was leaning against a wall -
cause I was doing nothing I could feel
vibrating my whole body felt like it was
vibrating - to look at none of me was
shaking but inside my body was shaking
every part of me it felt like. The of
course I started to feel unwell because I
started to worry about it - sick in the
stomach and then then a bit dizzy etc.
I think that it was cause I focused on it
to much. Anyone else get this?

I Have the Shakiness On the Inside To. Posted: 08-10-06 22:58pm
I have shakiness on the inside to. I do
not know how to control it. I am on
lexapro and cymbalta. I just feel like
my nerves are shot all the time. I look
at my hands sometimes they shake when I
look at them and sometimes they feel like
they are but they aren't. Here lately I
have been shaking an extreme amount in my
upper body, and I feel like my heart is
going to jump out of my chest. I wish
there was something I could do to help
this. Any ideas? :?

I just try and ignore it and get on with
what ever I am doing. The best way to
discribe mine is - you know when you have
done heaps of weights of exercise running
etc and you stop but it is like your body
still wants to keep going and you get the
shaking feeling.... Thats how mine is
anyway. I will get passed it though I
have no doubt because when I deal with
other things at first theyscare me but
once I learn to except them they go away

Shaking On the Inside Posted: 09-03-07 00:08am
Ya, I get that. I will be sitting there
and feel as if someone is shaking my
seat...or something. but I will look and
no one is touching me. I really worry
about it...but I think I will get used to
it. It is amazing what stress can affect
in your body-especially when you start to
dwell on it, makes it even worse (chest
pain, tmj, shaking).
Any of you guys had this go away?

Please help ........ my whole body was shaking uncontrolably. Posted: 03-26-08 08:29am
Hi, Last night when I went to bed, my
whole body started to shake and I just
couldn't stop it, I had goosebumps, but
did not feel cold, so threw extra clothes
over me in bed, then I began to sweat. My
shaking lasted for over 45 minutes, and I
had the worse ever headache for the whole
night plus felt very sick, and had to
force myself to be sick, cause I just
couldn't lie down. Feel very weak and sick
today because of this. I had the shaking
thing once before, but never got sick and
headached with it. Can anybody please
help, as I am very worried. I am 35, and
have a healthy enough lifestyle.

Had very similar symptoms (to some of you)
for about a year - my body felt like it
was shaking when it wasn't. This started
with some family troubles and a lot of
stress. At first I only felt the shaking
in my foot when I went to bed, then over
months it spread to my whole body.
Couldn't sleep night after night because
of it. It was so powerful that I couldn't
believe it was from stress but finally
after some antidepressants it went away.
Still comes back every now and then but
it's mild. If you think stress could be
causing your shaking, it probably is.
Stress at that level can cause physical
damage to your neurons. Try counseling for
the stress and if that's not enough try
antidepressants. This is a real health
problem, don't ignore it. If you're
concerned about taking drugs,
antidepressants can be adjusted to very
low levels and still be effective. Good
luck to all of you.

Hi all.
I've been experienced percieved internal
shaking. Nothing visable as well. And
mostly at night or when I'm anxious.
Things I've noticed. When I'm anxious I'm
EXTREMELY AWARE.
This means that when I awaken anxious and
roll over half asleep the bed may move
naturally or spring natural. To me this
sometimes feels like I am shaking inside.
I noticed it first when I was sitting on
the couch. I've been twitching a bit do to
anxiety/tension.
Anyways I'm sitting on the couch and feel
like the couch moved. I thought I had some
internal tremors immediately. However, I
noticed it was my dog just on the other
side of the couch moving around.
I noticed the same feeling with my GF
sitting on the couch.
Anyways tell your psych about it. But most
likely its ultra awareness.
lately my health anxiety has caused me to:
See, hear, feel, and smell with heightened
awareness. Kinda sucks but its a natural
byproduct of anxiety

I asked this same question a few weeks ago
and barely got an answer but..... YES!! I
have this it's worse right after I wake
up! Even when it's just a quick nap! I
hate it! It has often triggered my
anxiety, that or my anxiety has triggered
it IDK. It's like I'm never allowed to
relax, even when I sleep. Ya know we're
some sad messed up people here. {{SIGH}}
This sux! I hate to be this way:(

Swaying Inside - Spaced out Feelings Posted: 07-04-08 10:59am
I have this same problem. When i get even
the slightest bit anxious, i feel as
though im swaying inside.
sum ppl unconciously express there anxiety
externally, example: shaking their leg,
biting their nails or even cracking their
nuckles. i knw i dnt generally do any of
these actions. therefore my body probably
uses this internal swaying motion as a
mechanism to cope with my anxiety.
i hate this feeling! ive had it for about
7 months now. and i knw, meds wont help!
ive tried anti-depressants and even
medication used to stop tht swaying
feeling (usually given to ppl who travel
by sea)
wt do i do........

re shaking on the inside Posted: 07-12-08 06:04am
Hi everyone, i am a complementary healer
and see lots of people with this kind of
problem. Stress is indeed a factor in
this, as it is with all my clients that
report this. I use crystals to heal as
well as hands on techniques and most of my
clients report that after two or three
sessions, they no longer suffer it. My
advice is find a healer who practises
natural methods such as this as they will
find the cause of the stress and anxiety
and take you through a process of healing
for it. Good luck and try to remember that
while you are experiencing this, you are
getting more stressed by noticing it,
thinking that something is wrong.
Concentrate on slowing your breathing and
take your mind off somewhere pleasant,
such as imagining you are on a sunny beach
or having a picnic etc and the symptoms
should subside.
