5 Weeks to Go Posted: 07-19-06 17:45pm
5 weeks to go and im getting really
impatient. The heat doesn't help either
as it makes it unbearable for me and sleep
is totally out of the question. Anyone
else feel the same as me?

Hi, I have seven weeks to go and yes I am
impatient also. I am counting every day
down. Its winter here so I am lucky that
I am not sweltering like you though going
from the outside cold into a heated shop
makes me really dizzy and I think I am
going to faint so I have to go back into
the fresh air.
My husband hates sleeping with me as I
toss and turn all night and keep him
awake. I can't get comfy so I dred going
to bed even though I am so tired! Do you
get aching hips from laying on your side?
I keep waking up on my back which isn't
that comfy either and I read your not ment
to sleep on your back.
Goodluck with the rest of your pregnancy
and birth.

I have no option but to sleep on my sides
because I get such bad heartburn
ootherwise and I cant sleep either, but
last night was the oly time I slept almost
all the night with no heartburn! I think
its cos baby is further down

Oh I know last night was wonderful.
Usually I have heartburn right before I
sleep. Last night I woke up at 4:00am
with heartburn and had to treat it thin.
So it was alot better then getting it
right before you try to sleep.

I just find it really strange as I usually
get really bad heartburn and cant even
sleep on my right and I slept on my right
all the way through the night! I guess
its because the babys dropped considerably
now, which is making me even more excited
about the birth! The midwife says that
the baby is already engaged in my pelvis
