Re: 3 Months And Worried
Hey, im not a doctor, but I have had 4 children. It is perfectly normal. You will notice all kinds of weird things that feel different, and youre gonna wonder if that is normal, but I can tell you that the pain in your pubic area is normal. It will get worse the farther along you get, it will feel like a lot of pressure down there, almost like a bruise, it will come and go. But its normal Wink

I am three months pregnant also, and I get the sharp pain...Except they are in my left side. I asked my doctor about it and she said it is due to my uterus getting heavier.

99% of the time, this is due to the increased pressure your uterus is putting on your body. It sounds like a perfectly normal side effect of pregnancy to me. However, if at any time the pains begin to change, make sure and keep your doctor informed.

Pains
Yep it sounds normal. Sometimes when I know that i'm going to sneeze i'll put my hand low on my tummy and push down or in,so it doesn't hurt as bad. Also when I have been sitting too long I get up and stay hunched over a little as it's pulling down there pretty bad. Coghing sometimes can hurt too. Jeez, I feel like a rubber band at times!!
Don't ever strees over these pains as long as there is no bleeding it will be ok and will continue off and on until you get closer to delivery it's just your body making room and space.
