Are your periods usually regular?

Besides stress I know diet (sudden extreme
weight loss, or if you are overly active)
can cause missed or late periods... Also
if you've been switching birth control
recently... Are those ruled out?

Ok it could just be the fact that your
body hasnt adjusted back to its usual
routine but there are other causes:
stress, illness, a diet too low in fat,
changes in sleep patterns or exercise. I
hope this helps. And it also might be too
early to detect a pregnancy. Good luck x
