Hi am 29 years old.I have been feeling
very dizzy in the evenings when going to
sleep,it seem the world is going
roung.when i change positions when going
to sleep. is it something to worry
about.

It sounds as if you'd benefit from an
investigation for possible problems with
the inner ear. It is confusing that you
have this problem only in the evenings
while sleeping. Have you ever experienced
something similar during the day when you
lie down? You can go to your GP(general
practitioner) for standard examinations
and s/he can refer you to an
ENT-specialist if necessary.
