Ive been drinking alot at night now
because im very depressed and very
worried. It helps the pain (literally).
I think I have chlamydia.. Or it could be
gonorrhea. Maybe even both. Exactly 21
days after my last sexual encounter there
was an itch at the very tip of my peehole.
It didnt hurt but it was itchy on and off
the whole day. A few days later I got a
discharge and it was very noticeable. It
was milky white. Now the last few days I
have a burning sensation every time I pee,
which hurts but is bearable. Ive looked
at countless pictures of both chlamydia
and gonorrhea and I believe it to be
chlamydia because it's never yellow like
the pictures, and now I have a very small,
usually constant wetness at the tip of my
penis that is very clear. I also have
spontaneous burning sensations at the tip,
and it's worse in the morning. The
symptoms sound exactly like chalymida, and
the itch at the tip of the penis symptom
is only found to be for chlamydia from the
hours that I have researched.
I was going to get tested today at the
doctor's office but I missed my
appointment. I called the office at least
six times today to see how much it costs
as I could barely cover my health
insurance's co-pay (which is still only
$35), but could never give an answer. I
dont know anything about the money
involved to get tested. I would ask my
mother (i am 21 y/o) but I cannot let her
know what is going on right now, she would
literally have a heart attack.
Now im very worried that I may have waited
to long to get tested as it has been
exactly five days since I got that first
itch. I dont know if my office is even
open on weekends, but I am calling early
tomorrow morning. I would try to go to
planned parenthood but currently I am
unable to drive, and my friend that is
going to take me thinks I may just have a
uti because I really dont want this news
to spread around that I have an std..
Which im pretty sure I do indeed have.

Will my health insurance cover the tests
at the office?
It is united healthcare. If not, how much
is it on average to test for gonorrhea and
chlamydia?
Can a doctor just look at my symptoms and
pre-scribe me some antibotics without even
having to swab test me? I am insanely
scared of the swab test, but I will
definitely get it done if I must. But
with my symptoms im 90% certain what I
have.
How much would the antibiotics cost on
average? This would be so much easier if
I had help from my parents but I cannot
let them know of this, my mom would be
devestated.
