Height-deprived
Posted: 07-22-06 22:36pm

I am a male, 24 years old this year and I often feel intimidated by my own height. I measure only 161cm. Both my parents have considerably good heights of 180cm and 173cm. My younger brothers too are way taller than me. What is wrong with me? I do not believe my genetic potential falls short up to this extent. Being the shortest among my colleagues and friends is the worst thing I can ever face. It erodes all of my confidence and esteem. Are there any ways of growing taller even at this age? I've heard of height increase pills but am not too convinced of their effectiveness (plus unknown side effects they may bring). How about stretching machines? I’ve tried sole pads but they merely add artificial height. I would like to have real biological growth. Please help... And thank you.
