I'm a 19 year old female, i'm 5'6 and I
weigh around 134lbs. Ideally i'd like to
weigh about 127lbs. I've recently started
to cut back on junk food, and drink more
water. I work full time so it's hard to
exercise a lot other then walking,
rollerblading, or skipping a few times a
week, along with weights (5lbs) and
sit-ups to tone. My weight always stays
the same. I know to lose weight you need
long cardio workouts that I just have no
time for. Would trying meal replacement
bars help out at all?
Anyone have any tips?
