During sex when I cme to climax my head feels as if it is going to explode off of my shoulders. After which the pain lingers on for days very bad very constant, it is affecting my marriage because I find myself avoiding my husband because the pain is so bad tylenol does not work for the pain.

Thats happened to me once or twice, and usually only happens if I have slight headache going into intercourse, then once im about to climax it gets ubeareably worse. My guess would be to not fornicate if you feel a headache coming on, but im no doctor nor do I know if what I said is also true for you.
