Opinions?

Well the thing is...Me and my girlfriend have an odd relationship, and wen it comes to the sexual part of that relationship, we tease each other alot. We havent actually had sex, we are both still virgins but in a few occations ive used my penis to stimulate/tease her. This may sound like a dumb post, but even tho ive never put it in her more than jst a tiny bit, could pre-cum or "pre-ejac" ever have an effect?
Again, this may sound dumb, but its just that, shes been having stomach cramps lately, has a brown mark on her skin (which someone has told me is a sign of being an old alcoholic man, or pregnant), and usually would have had her period this week or last (although it might still happen this week) and has also been feeling sick lately.
It may sound stupid but ive heard of pregnancy from doing things like we've done (whether there's truth in what ive heard or not I dont know)
but although I myself find it unlikely that it has had any effect, im just curious about other peoples opinions in order to settle the voice at the back of my head.

Pre-ejaculate can absolutely lead to pregnancy. It contains sperm, and you only need one sperm cell to make it to the, ah, "goal" to create a baby.

Having said that, it's somewhat unlikely that she's pregnant. I personally wouldn't worry about it unless she misses her period entirely. If she does, have her take a urine test with first-morning urine.

In the meantime, take this little scare to heart and keep your naughty bits seperate. Use protection any time you engage in sexual activity. Not only will it prevent pregnancy, but you'll also minimise your risk of spreading disease.

You said you and your girlfriend are both virgins (good for you!) but now is a good time to develop safe sex practices. Wrap it up every time! Good luck, hon. :)
