Cervix Too Week to Carry Pregnancy??? Posted: 07-25-06 06:28am
Hi, this is a question for a doctor,
medical expert or anyone who's had surgery
to their cervix, erosion etc. I've been
reading through various sites re
incomplete cervix etc. I'm convinced this
is why i'm getting the symptoms I am, and
suspected early miscarriages. Hence my
previous question what can I do? I had a
abnormal smear result back in 1999 and
under went a colopsopy followed by laser
surgery. Then had complications ie an
infection and the cervix was slow to heal
so had to go back and the surgeon did a
cone loop. My cervix has never been quite
the same since especially as now I have an
erosion too. My hubby and I have been
trying 3 years for a baby and I keep
having spotting at 22 days of cycle
onwards,tender breasts, symptoms of
pregnancy which is followed by a painfull
period with clotting. I have also
experienced a seriously heavy bleed that
was'nt a period (bright red) last year
which was frightning.Can you shed some
light please? My gp says everything is
fine and not to worry!! :(
