I was doing my research online and
realized that I beleive that I have
pitting edema. My feel are so swollen.
When I press on my feet, its leaves the
indentation for some time after. Is this
something that is serious? Im almost 37
weeks pregnant. I drink plenty of fluids
and im not on my feet all day. Is there
something I can do?

You could call the doctor's nurse and ask
her what she thinks. Drink a lot of water
and keep your feet up (but you probably
already read about that, huh?). Avoid
salty foods also.

The same thing happened to me from 7 mths
on. I did not have edema or anything
else, was just swollen from the pregnancy
and humidity. It went away 2 days after
giving birth.
I went and got pedicures to help since
they massage the legs and the lil chines
ladies had a riot pushing my skin in!!
