Im so sorry to write this in a bout of
panic...But I have nowhere to turn to...Oh
my god..I feel like im suffocating...I
just cry and have horrendous panic
attacks...When its at its worse I want to
commit suicide just for relief...This has
to leave me...What do I do?? Have
patience?? Read my other post on my
breathing problems, its explained more
properly there.
Please im begging for something positive
in this hell...Im losing my will to
live.... :cry:

Hi there please read my post on how to
beat stress you need 1st to admit this is
what you have once you have done this you
have to stand up and be counted for you
can beat it you will beat it ....I know
its easyer said than done but im learning
to beat this and if I can you can I have a
bad tummy at mo and feeling real dizzy but
its gonna go I know it is cause im
fighting this come on you know u can
